7 Steps to identify, question and release Limiting Beliefs

We all have deep-rooted, deeply limiting beliefs about ourselves that just aren’t true.

We are all made up of stories. In fact, life is a long narrative story with you as a main character. And your main character (You) is trying to write the most beneficial chapters before “The End.” 

When we see the story from a limited belief lens, we can dig a deep hole for ourselves. We can misconstrue our own story. There’s some limiting, deep-seated belief you have about yourself, an old story you keep telling yourself and it is holding you back. The story isn’t the objective account of your day-to-day life.

It is your own life story. You are the editor and creator of your own life story. So, what if we all truly acted like we were the editors of our own life story? What if, when we caught ourselves living someone else’s story, or living a story that’s not what we intend or would want, we simply chose to release, let go of, edit and change the script?

Remember that you’re the editor of your own life story.

All the self-awareness in the world won’t matter if you aren’t willing to release the baggage that’s been weighing you down. Release what no longer serves you and begin rewriting your narrative to serve who you want to be and create today.

And we deserve to feel supported, guided and to feel how truly loved we are. Releasing non-beneficial beliefs is direct path to that freedom.

The practices shared on this show are to remind you of the inner truth of the Light of who you really are. Everyone has the ability to connect into their self-healer. Activating it is key to it. Learning how to shift from lower vibrational frequencies to higher – it is a process to learn, grow and master – so be patience with yourself you discover the ability to do so.
